CRU Cycle Take The Podium

On Tuesday 26/09 7:30pm and Wednesday 27/09 8:00am Jolyn from CRU Singapore will be taking the podium of the Ride Room.

The Senior Instructor from Singapore, who has a decade of training experience across multiple disciplines alongside 6+ years of teaching experience, will grace the KL community with warm and dynamic energy. 
‍

No matter your fitness experience, she’ll work to bring out the best of each and every person in the class - empowering and energising into becoming everying you’ve ever envisioned being. 
‍

On Tuesday the 26th of September, she’ll take the podium solo; whilst the very next morning, she’ll be taking the stage with our very own Syed Harris, as they will look to kickstart your Wednesday morning.
‍

Spots are full at the moment, but the waitlist is open to all who have a Journey Package. You’ll be automatically added should anyone cancel their spot 12 hours before the stated class time.
