It's my mission to bring the fun into spinning and remind us all of how we first fell in love with it.

Everyone has that defining moment, it's up to me as an instructor to keep spreading that joy and make more of these moments together in class. My journey started with a desire to break the traditional mould of a spin instructor, to ensure that women are well represented.

My classes speak to all kinds of women - whether you are a Mama, wife, sister, daughter, niece, girlfriend. I'm all about D&I - Diversity & inclusivity - which means all Men, all levels are welcome too!
