Accounts by day, spin instructor by night - I started my spin journey in 2019, a regular back row rider in every beginner class.

Although challenging, I was automatically addicted to the aspects of a heavy choreography-driven routine on the bike to the most lit tracks, where 45 minutes was focused on nailing the set and being the best version of yourself with no distractions.

Cut to a present, you can find me on the podium preparing addictive double times and gut-crunching climbs while singing to your favourite classic pop and R&B hits - you're always in for a good time!
