Say hello to PE. Commonly known as Physical Education from our school days, Journey PE is our entrance into the functional movement space.
At Journey, we believe a healthy lifestyle requires a multitude of options for working out.
Whether through indoor cycling, road cycling, running, or functional resistance training - the more forms of exercise you have under your belt, the more likely you'll be able to sustain a healthy and active lifestyle.
We were made to move, and PE will most definitely get you moving (off the bike).
We're preparing some exciting things later this year and PE is most definitely one to look out for.
We'll be running a series of workshops throughout the year, introducing our functional and resistance-based HIIT workout - curated by your very own Master Instructor, Syed Harris.
Earlier this year, we gave a sneak peak of PE to the shipmates onboard It's The Ship, which departed from Singapore and travelled through the open seas on 8 March 2023.
We've docked safely back to KL and want to bring our PE Popups home. The Popups will be located at some awesome venues and provide a sneak peak of what you can expect from our next exciting workout.
The PE Popups will be done over the next few months in several locations, and you can book your spot by purchasing a PE PASS or by using your existing Journey Credits.
Our first Popup will be located at CNCRD @ The Five, just up the road from Plaza Zurich. It is located on the third floor and just opposite Stretch and Flow Studio.
The Popups will be an hour long HIIT and Bodyweight workout, led by Harris.
Mats will be provided, so all you need to bring is yourself, shoes, and a prefilled water bottle. We'll be selling water at the venue, just in case you forget your bottle.
We advise for you to come at least 15 to 20 minutes before the class, so we can register you into the class and have you setup at your allocated mat.
We can't wait for you to try out PE and we'll see you at CNCRD!
