If you’ve never done a group class at a Boutique Fitness Studio before, you’ve come to the right place.
We’ve noted down a couple of things you’ll need to know before getting started on your Journey with us:

No contract or membership subscription required

Buy credits to join the classes you want to join

Save by buying Credit Packs to buy credits in bulk which can be shared with friends

Classes 7 days a week which are available for booking for 2 week periods

Choose where you want to ride in the class

Book spots for your friends using your credits

Signing up is as easy as filling up a form and nothing more!

You don’t need to talk to any sales staff or link a bank account or card – simply let us know your contact information, sign our safety waiver, and agree to our terms and conditions and you’re all set.

If it's you're first time joining an Indoor Cycling Class, we recommend trying our EMBARK classes - our beginner level class where we run through the basics and guide you on how to set up and clipping onto your bike.

Good news, we are a ClassPass registered studio!

Search your ClassPass app for Journey Indoor Cycling Studio and join our classes with your
ClassPass subscription today!

A Journey account will be created automatically once you’ve confirmed your reservation on the app, so you’ll receive our confirmation email alongside your confirmation notification from ClassPass.

Here's a couple of things you should know before booking a bike on ClassPass...

Able to reserve classes without a purchasing a Journey Class Pack

Use all studio facilities and free bike shoe rental

Unable to choose your spot in the class

Unable to swap your reservation to another class

Unable to change your allocated spot automatically set by ClassPass

Unable to book for your friends into the same class

Can only view classes up to 7 days at a time, as opposed to 2 weeks

A cancellation fee will be imposed if you late-cancel or no show a class from RM20 to RM141

Please keep in mind these limitations are only applicable for ClassPass bookings only!

If you book a class using Journey credits, you will be entitled to swap your reservation and bike number (subject to our studios terms & conditions) alongside the other core benefits (choosing your bike, booking for friends, etc.).

We recommend buying the Studio Trial Pack as it’s the best value for money – so long as you’ve never bought it before, you’ll be eligible to try us out using our discounted Trial Pack!
